I think if I got a tattoo, I’d want something like the Phoenix (Firebird) tattooed on this Asian girl:
Although permanent, it’s quite sexy. However, when you get old, it’s not going to look the same, and it can interfere with a professional career.

Thats a very astonishing tatoo. The phoenix is a great choice of design and it looks fairly easy to cover up also.
In earlier days it was popular for Norwegian sailors to have armstatoo but now it’s starts to get more popular amoung girls too. You’re example is candy for the eyes:-)

I agree that this phoenix tattoo looks great right now. But how hot is it going to be when she’s 50? I think in her case it would be much better to get a bit of a smaller tat.

Tattoo’s are art they are a personal representation of self. Simple vanity tats… you may regret those. Those with meaning last forever and keep their meaning no matter how your skin changes

My friend james is the tattoo artist who did this tatty he has his own tattoo shop in vancouver.
why would it not be **** at 50? maybe to you becuase your not hot for 50 year olds but to someone else in her age frame then will proably thinks its hot and its on your back how can that interfere with a professional career. do you wear backless suits to your office job? and when a person gets all wrinky why would you wear backless outfits anyways.
fad tat james did an awesome job as usual and i think that not hiring someone to a job becaus they have a tattoo is discrimination

hi,its here from singapore.its quite a nice tattoo from the tail,but i couldn’t judge much from the back view only and the colour can be even more strucking.Most important it must be a great endurance as down to the waist not knowing whether to laugh or cry. : )well,i just manage to get a phoenix tattoo on my left thigh.if anyone happens to visit singapore maybe i can intro my tattoo artist to you.As to say,he is quite a well known artist in local here.

This is amazing. I have been looking for a true phoenix design to cover my back, and this is almost exactly what I imagined. I would never take the design, but definitely inspiration from it. I love the detail. it is a beautiful piece. There is so much detail however I personally would be afraid of the colors bleeding and distorting the picture over only a sort period of time.

What kind of job looks at that much flesh. Unless you are a model. I love this tattoo. Just had some updates done a year ago in Thailand. Amazing skill and artistry. I want to get rid of an old one (yes a flower that is wilting now- lol) and get a phoenix. At a different place in life than when I got the heart and dagger - thank goodness.

And to be fair nothing is going to look the same when you are older. your skin will sag, you will put on weight, you will get sun spots and wrinkles and creases so you may as well get your tats done when you are young so they do look there best. and how many old ladies go around in backless tops? lame argument, her tat is well cool.
