However, to deduce that the cause is pervasive and negative cultural stereotypes of Asian woman (gosh, that covers a lot of female ethnic ground, huh?) is silly. Ted Bundy clearly had a preference for brunettes. What does that tell us? (Hint: nothing about society; a lot about Ted's sickness.) Let's slow down and try to think this thing through, OK? First step? Understand that the Lohman acts were not rational. We need a very different vocabulary to even begin to understand Lohman's peversity. I truly doubt that studying Asian stereotypes will help very much. Lohman has serious problems, and we are all glad he has been stopped.
