To answer a big question like that you would really need to look at the statistical reasons people are divorcing. It’s good for the country if people are divorcing because they are unhappy for real reasons. But if people are just divorcing because they are lazy and won’t even try to get martial help with their issues then it could be bad.

This is an old story so I wonder what the effect of the current economic slowdown in China has had on their divorce rate.

So now China is in the spot lights with a high divorce rate. It would be interesting to have a comparison few relevant countries concerning the most important reasons for divorce. This kind of statistic would provide us plenty useful information.
