The guy who tattooed this probably had no idea what those letters stand for because there is no such thing as "樂喜" only " 喜樂" meaning " happiness/ joy". Hope that helps! The words are smudged badly in the 2nd pic, especially the top letter but i'm guessing it to be 泉, just with the extra dots at either side.
